Yes we are. Our Contractor’s License number is CRC1332972. In accordance with Florida state laws, we carry the necessary general liability insurance to protect our work. That means our customers are protected as well as our business. We provide a copy of our liability insurance with the Contract Prior to Commencement of Work. Verification of liability insurance can also be provided upon request.
We provide services to residents in Charlotte, Collier, Lee, Hendry, and Sarasota counties.
Yes, we have a showroom at our main office, which is located at 5610 Zip Drive Suite 102, Fort Myers, FL 33905. We will also be opening a retail store with a showroom in October 2023. It will be located at 17811 San Carlos Blvd, Fort Myers Beach, FL 33931.
We’ll discuss the details of your project with you during our initial in-home consultation. You can let us know what your priorities are, and we can give your our recommendations from a construction perspective. We’ll work together to determine the best work flow for your home renovation project.
Yes. Our in-house design stylist can create a rendering of your home renovation.
We will do our best to provide an estimate for you within 24-48 hours of the initial in-person consultation, which includes discussing the project details, gathering information, and taking pictures and measurements. Please note that it may take longer to provide you with an estimate if the project is more complex or extensive.
We will do our best to provide you with a time frame to complete your project. If your project is more complex, it will take longer to complete. Also, if changes are made during the course of your renovation or we run into complications, it may cause a delay.
We have a dedicated Project Manager who will supervise your home renovation project. Our office staff will also be monitoring the progress of your project. They will order materials and other items as well as schedule the work that needs to be done during each phase.
